The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a large family meal or breakfast for the little ones! The formal dining area has a table that seats 8. Relax in the living room with a large, leather sectional- wall mounted TV with great views of the lake. On the main level there is a porch, which runs the length of the house including a grill (propane provided) and more seating options, this is a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening adult beverages! The lower level boasts plenty of action with a large game room, inducing air hockey, shuffleboard, and multiple video games. There is a full kitchen, bar area, TV room and two bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Seven of the bedrooms have king size beds- most include either a full sleeper sofa, futon, or day bed-these are not included in total sleeps of 28! The 8th bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper. The last bedroom is ideal for all the children, The Bunk Room -has twin over full bunk, 4 full-size beds (trundle), and two day beds. As you walk into the bunk room there is a TV area for the kids with gaming consoles to login into & play all your favorite games. This adorable renovated boat house is steps from the dock and the water, has its own fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom, sitting area with TV & king bedroom.
