Barak and his team were so lovely and accommodating! My parents stayed there for 40 days and it was a lovely trip. Would definitely recommend if you want to be by the beach

It was a great stay—very clean, and they communicated very well. I'll definitely come back. The only downsides were that the place doesn't get much sunlight and it's very close to the crowded entrance of Venice Beach.

Barry and his son were fantastic hosts! The place was spotless when I arrived and had everything I needed. Whenever I had a question Barry or his son got back to me as quickly as possible. You cannot beat the location, I was a 2 minute walk to the Venice board walk, 2 mins to the famous Venice sign, and 10 minutes to abbot Kinney. The parking spot in the back was such a perk. I felt extremely safe, everyone who lived in the complex was so friendly. The front had a gate/padlock and my door had an autonomic lock. As a single young woman safety was important and the environment combined with knowing the people around made it feel most safe. Barry owns the complex and his son and daughter live in one of the units, and a man lives in the other. This place is nothing super fancy just a perfect getaway for one or two people. The living area/kitchen may seem small but the huge bedroom and openness makes up for it. Truly had such a great stay and loved being near the beach.

Barry was very responsive when I needed a few little things. The location is nicely close to the beach and feels as safe and relatively easy to travel to/from. The space was obviously recently spruced up and was generally clean. It could use a bit of a spruce up and the amino toes were basic - but it is nicer than I’d expect for the location and price. Hosts were great to work with and very responsive when I needed a few little things addressed.
