Host molto disponibili presenti e gentili. Alloggio veramente pulito e vicino al centro storico. Possibilità di lasciare la macchina (e dimenticarsene) in parcheggio convenzionato molto vicino all’abitazione. Grazie di tutto!

Die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gut und noch mit dem Auto erreichbar, was in Arezzo manchmal Probleme bereiten kann. Die Kombination mit dem Parkhausplatz zu einem mehr als fairen Preis war sehr, sehr hilfreich. Wir waren dort zu einem Zeitpunkt als ein Fest, Ritterturnier Giostra del Saracino, stattfand. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Porta San Andrea, einem der Teilnehmer und dem Gewinner im Juni 2023 zum 38 mal. Ja, es war lauter als sonst und wir haben manchmal mitgefeiert.

This apartment was in a good location walkable to both the train station and the historic district. The hosts were kind and helpful and their place was pretty, clean and comfortable. I would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Alessandra’s, which is very well located and easier to find than it might appear from the map. We received a helpful guide beforehand and Fabricio was there to meet us on our arrival. The parking was very close and felt secure. The apartment is a good size and has air conditioning in the main room, which was greatly appreciated. The bedroom was hot at night but, to be fair, we could have left the windows open as the locals did because there were mosquito nets / grills in all of the windows. There are a few bars / restaurants on the next road up and the one that we ate at (Bloom) was very nice. They all seemed to be popular with local residents, which is always a good sign.

This is a lovely, modern appartment in pristine condition and in an ideal location for exploring both Arezzo and the surrounding countryside. The communication with Alessandra and Fabrizio was excellent, with quick and clear replies to our questions. The appartment is modern, tastefully decorated and in top condition. We much appreciated how clean everything was. The bed is very comfortable. One small point is that the kitchen could use a good cutting board and some kitchen knives, for those (like us) who like to cook an evening meal. And maybe two good wine glasses? 😊 For those travelling by car: Alessandra and Fabrizio can make a good deal with the nearby parking garage (just 5 minutes walk from the appartment). We paid 50 euros for 6 days, which otherwise would have been 90 euros. We highly recommend this lovely appartment in Arezzo.
