Thank you Alice and Tom you were the ideal hosts! Very welcoming and let our children know where they could see some local baby lambs. My son was in his element taking photos of birds of prey, sheep and even the resident peacock. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The apartment was immaculate with very comfy beds and two bathrooms. The grounds are beautiful and you really experience Norfolk country life. My daughter didn’t want to leave!!

Alice and Tom were great hosts, super friendly and very easy going. The property was nice, very rustic and allowed us to be 5 minutes from family. Our apartment had all the quirks and comforts of an older property, from the wonky walls and doorways to the creaky floors. I really enjoyed Rokeles Apartment, my husband does prefer somewhere a little more modern though. The beds were super comfy and you have quite a lot of space to live in. The only real problems we had were the showers and how cold it was. There are portable heaters in every room and if you kept all internal doors and curtains closed you can keep warm. With the shower we had problems with an air lock one day and then a power cut due to the storms. These issues were all put right by Alice and Tom as soon as possible. The only thing really is the lack of pressure and fluctuations in temperature - maybe that’s because we were at the top of the house. Apart from these minor issues our stay was really good.

Thanks Alice for a wonderful stay in your historic apartment. It was perfect for a 2 night stay. The beds were warm & cosy & even though there wasn’t a kitchen it was perfectly adequate with tea / coffee facilities and a fridge. It was pristine and so clean. Alice, you were the perfect host , helpful but not intrusive, I’d definitely recommend you 👍 Merry Christmas

Wonderful stay. Gem of a find and perfect for our 2 night stay, going to see Robbie Williams in Sandringham on the Sat night. Apartment clean and beds very comfortable. Rooms large and airy, plenty of space for the 5 (adults) of us. We were late checking in due to travel delays, arriving at 10pm, Alice provided a warm welcome and showed us around the accommodation. Bottle of wine and nibbles left were very thoughtful. Such a peaceful location, with great facilities a few minutes walk away.
