NSB is an awesome town. We’ve been visiting for years, but on this mother/daughter trip we found restaurants and coves we had never experienced before. We had amazing meals, a perfect beach day, and a perfect pool day. We saw pelicans and dolphins and manatees. We soaked in every beautiful sunrise and sunset. We left with pockets full of shells and priceless memories. We stayed at this amazing house in easy walking distance to the beach. At check in (also easy!) we spent a long time admiring the awesome thoughtful decor and the mural in the kitchen and the cleanliness and even the tile in the bathroom. Kerrie thought of absolutely everything in her clear and detailed instructions and recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend/house/host. We can’t wait to return!

The apartment was beautiful and the new carpeting upstairs was soft and looked like ocean waves. The complex was a short walk to the beach, is on a busy road, but the layout makes it feel lush and private. There was a turtle outside the front door one day! The kitchen was well equipped and there were many beach towels and chairs for our use.

Fabulous place in a nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. Really clean, spacious and the best stocked Airbnb I’ve ever been to. There’s literally everything you need. Right across the road from the beach and walkable to couple of restaurants, supermarket and a couple of bars. A short drive to the more lively Flagler and Canal street. Ubers are also really easy to get so if you fancy a night out there’s no need to drive. There’s also a great pool and pickle ball court. So quiet and well maintained. Kerrie is an amazing host. Super helpful and very responsive. We absolutely loved the place and were quite sad when we had to leave. I highly recommend and would have no hesitation in booking again. We really couldn’t fault a thing, deserves 5 stars all the way!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kerrie’s condo in new Smyrna Beach. It was clean, organized, and so cozy. There is plenty of closets, drawers and storage space to unpack and feel at home. The decor is thoughtful. The pots pans, dishes, appliances are all of very good quality. The linens and towels aren’t worn. I cooked most every meal in the condo. There was nothing I needed that wasn’t provided and everything provided was nicer than expected. I don’t live too far away, so I am very well aware of all of the wonderful and fun things there are to take advantage of in new Smyrna Beach. My stay, was to start my new year off with a quiet solo retreat and I couldn’t have found a more perfect place. The way this condo is situated I felt like I was in a cottage on a secluded island. I like to leave things better than I found them, but in this case I’m not sure what I could’ve done. It was perfect and I will be back. Trish Bruno, Ormond Beach, Fl.
