Phil’s a great host who makes everything easy.
Excellent property, Phillip was very accommodating and helpful with everything. Would highly recommend.

Phillip was the most attentive host. He met us upon a slightly earlier check-in and gave us a tour of the annexe. Phillip is clearly safety conscious and went out of his way to talk us through the smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors that he has dotted around the place. The property was spotlessly clean and ideal for our very brief visit. It was within walking distance of 3 local distilleries which is always a bonus! Phillip was a thoroughly engaging host throughout.
Philip was on hand if I had any questions or required anything or anything extra. will definitely use again.

I’ve lived here in Keith appx 30 years, travelled with work and for leisure to over 40 countries, stayed in a wide range of accommodation types, covering a massive range of qualities.
