lovely cottage with a breathtaking view and location!

This is a very cozy place that feels remote but is close to everything the area has to offer. We got a good 14-16 inches of snow (plus a power outage) while we were there so the Subaru Forester with really good multi-purpose tires came in handy. The dirt road is pretty good but the last little uphill to the property is steep so in inclement weather a 4 or all wheel dive would be my recommendation. I thought the place was bigger than it looked in the photos. It’s ideal for two and would be great for a family of four though 4 adults might find it a bit tight. Overall this is a well done property in a great area of Vermont and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

We absolutely loved the cabin. Located in a patch of stunning wood, perfect setup, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed! Outdoor fire pit was a huge plus. We came in fall to see the foliage and we were really warm and cozy at night. Peter gave us great recommend for the surrounding area. Cannot recommend enough, we would love to come back!

Great place to stay if visiting the area! If visiting in the colder month bring lots of warm lounge clothing as this place can get pretty cold

Peter’s place was just what I was looking for, away from everything, peaceful and quiet, yet lots to see and do within a short distance. It’s pretty dark and quiet in Vermont, keep that in mind…. Pictures did not do his place justice. His place is so cute. I love the fact that there is everything you’d need but not too much, Peter, it was perfect! I would love to go back!! Thank you for sharing your place!!
