Great stay for a family of five. Three kids had a lot of fun in the loft space, although the AC had some trouble keeping the upstairs cool - typical for TX in July. Kitchen and living space was done well and looks recently renovated. Outdoor space was nice with the boat slip. Not a good area for swimming nearby, as all the properties are privately owned. This wasn’t a fault of the property itself of course, just a note for other families. Amazing, quiet mornings on the porch with some coffee were one of the best parts of our trip. Absolutely recommend for families or anyone looking for a convenient spot to stay on the lake close to Marble Falls and easy driving distance to state parks. Kayaks and life jackets are a great bonus - easy to launch right out front.

Great location, well stocked kitchen and it was nice to be able to use the kayaks. Heads up that the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds has no door so is more of a loft. It would not be a good setup for little kids who go to bed early in a quiet environment. My teenage son was able to sleep through things as he slept in, but it would not have worked for us when our kids were younger. Also, the furniture and finishings are not as pictured.
