Tight, but adequate, quarters if the weather is rainy, but fine for hanging on nice sunny days. Neighbors are friendly. Very clean and tidy place. Super convenient to ACME supermarket, Chinese takeout and CVS. Most importantly, 2 minute walk to Ortley beach. and about 200 yards to access Seaside's boardwalk, should you desire it. Private backyard with outdoor shower, dining table and seating area, clothes line, rolling propane BBQ grill (stored in garage). Host is super nice and extremely responsive. Be aware, if you have pets, there are two gaps in the backyard fencing, each about 6 feet, on either side of the garage: bring portable fencing to bridge the gap. (need to be staked into the rock surface).

I had health issues arise that caused our plans to change. Vijay was extremely accommodating when it came to changing to my cousin and their family staying instead. Their review is below. We had a great experience at Vijay's place. The location was perfect with a short walk to the private beach and we went multiple times a day. There were multiple board games, arcade game, and foosball table, which entertained our 9- year‐old on the rainy days. In the garage, there were extra beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and other items that were provided. The boardwalk was about a 10 minute walk from the house, so we didn't have to worry about parking. The only improvement would be to have more seating in the living room area. Possibly like another couch. Overall, we would love to come back to Vijay's house since we had a great experience.

The place was perfect! We took our grandson with us the first night and he LOVED the bunk beds (he slept on the top bunk). My daughter, SIL and my granddaughter came the next day and we walked to the beach within minutes; it was so close. Weather was not good that week but we visited with family. We walked to the boardwalk one night and the kids rode the rides. We all had so much fun! It was nice that it was a small walk away to get to the boardwalk, so we weren’t close enough to be bothered by the noise or activities. The place was spotless! Outside shower was so nice to have, no sand in the house. The games in the garage was a blast!! Beds were comfy (and I’m pretty picky with that). We had tvs in the adult room which was so nice. We used our steaming services but he has Sling if we didn’t. I even did a load of towels that we used from the house. We had everything we needed and more. We def felt safe and secure. Best vacay ever! (Forgot how loud a 2 & 4 year old could be!)

Immaculate home central to everything. We were able to stand up paddle on the bay then spend the rest of the day on the beach. Two second walk to beach and boardwalk. Home situated in quiet family oriented neighborhood however stone’s throw from the action. Comfortable beds and great outdoor shower. Beautiful family weekend…we will return!

Vijay's place was great - on the small side but well-equipped with beds and kitchen gear. Amazing location - a quick walk to the beach and also a short walk to Seaside Pier without being loud or "too close" to the action. Perfect for families. Communication was smooth and easy. Overall, a great Airbnb experience.
