I loved this place 💙 It’s clean, it’s cute, it has everything you need. The parking spot inside the fence with the remote-controlled gate is awesome. It’s private and safe. Like you can’t do better than this in LA. I’d move in if they’d let me. Thank you James and Tate!

Great private location that is only a few miles away from Universal Studios & Warner Brother Studios. The unit is on the smaller size but its perfect for 1-2 people who just need a place to stay for a few days while in LA. My only issue was that being close to the Burbank airport, you could hear the planes taking off as early as 6am and as late as 11pm on certain nights. But if you're a deep sleeper like me then its not really and issue. But for you light sleepers like my wife, you will hear every single plane. The kitchen was perfect for us and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. There is also a cool little comic book store 20 steps from the entrance to house.

This property was perfect for visiting friends who live in the area. we really just used it as somewhere to crash but it was great for the two of us. the outdoor space is really lovely too, just to be able to hang outside and chat with our friends before we headed to wherever we were going. Really appreciated the space and all of the helpful instructions for check in etc.

Easy check-in. Host was very responsive. Overall a good experience for the short time I was there.
