Let's start with the positive things. The local agency that welcomed us was very kind, the house enjoys a beautiful sea view and the wi-fi works very well. But the house REALLY needs more attention. building is old, poorly built, badly maintained and with very little attention from the owners: 1) On the veranda there is a step over 40 centimeters high which, for my old parents, was impossible to climb (it would be enough to build a second lower step to fix the problem). 2) In the two showers there is no shelf to place the shampoo and the sponge, so you we were forced to put everything on the floor. 3) The sheet on the pool bottom was not glued well and, when we walked in the water, under our feet we felt large air bubbles where the sheet is not glued to the bottom. 4) It was impossible to view the sat TV and, after two days, we have discovered that the problem was caused by the plants growing in front of the satellite dish (positioned in the garden on the ground) preventing the signal from arriving. Since the gardeners did not come, we had to cut the plants ourselves using a kitchen knife. But the biggest problem with this house is the TOTAL LACK OF PRIVACY. When you are in the pool all the neighbors can look at you and the hedge that divides from the villa next door is simply ridiculous and it is as if it were not there. This house enjoys a great sea view but, for the price that the owners ask, many improvements must be made. Otherwise, the asked price is not worth.

The villa has a wonderful wide view of the sea and beautiful turquoise sea. All rooms as well as the outside area were very clean on arrival. The large pool is perfect for cooling off in hot temperatures. The very friendly communication with bookiply (Marco) worked great. I would recommend the villa immediately.
