I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was. Not only was the location and accommodations above and beyond, the host went far beyond what any host has ever done for us (and we stay at A LOT) of AirBNBs. Beautiful old home with modern comforts and very nicely remodeled. Comfortable and fun for our family! We would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my brother's wedding. We had such a great time in Joe and Mary's place. We felt right at home - a cozy, warm, inviting house, and a lot roomier than we thought it would be. We know homes in downtown Frederick are old and can be small and/or narrow, but there was plenty of space for the six of us, and room for more if needed. The listed photos should be updated! Joe and Mary have added more nice touches - decor, plenty of games (even a Switch which my kids LOVED), and some small furniture - it's even BETTER than what is currently shown! The kitchen amenities were fantastic: juice, breakfast foods, lots of snacks, bottled water, diff. hot beverage cups, wine and fresh fruits! Bathrooms were fully stocked with more than enough towels. Beds were comfortable w/TVs in each room! Patio space was so nice too! Just a few blocks from the heart of downtown, we walked to shops and restaurants in just 10-15min. Highly recommend!

Well appointed home with the perfect blend of modern updates and historic charm! Following a full day of travel across the country, it was truly lovely to arrive to such a hospitable home. From the well-stocked individually packaged treats and bottled water, to the incredibly comfortable beds and off- street parking, this was the perfect location for three couples to come together for a long weekend of celebrating a 50th birthday at multiple downtown venues. Generous and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for our entire party to enjoy breakfast and conversation. The location is perfect for enjoying Fredrick on foot. Joe and Mary provided consistent, clear communication. The easy instructions for each amenity was a bonus. It is no wonder many guests have returned for additional stays!
