The view of the ocean that was advertise is not what we had. The spare bedroom has twin beds, not full beds. We had to pay for Wi-Fi even though it said free Wi-Fi. Room and outside patio needs a good painting

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Paradise Island Beach Club. The condo unit was as described. It was clean and plenty spacious enough for our needs. The short walk through the complex to the beach was perfect as we were at the beach within a minute. We could get clean beach towels each day and enjoyed sipping some drinks by the pool in the late afternoon. We walked down to the Atlantis for ice-cream a few times and enjoyed the overall area. There was plenty of parking for our rental car and the staff was helpful when needed. Definitely a great vacation. The only thing to note is that wifi was not free. It was $20 for the week which was not cost prohibitive, but guests should know that it is not free.

The ONE good thing was Thiola the receptionist. our flight was delayed by a day. I called the numbers for the property Red Awning gave me, and no one answered & their machine was full. I emailed & called the property and Red Awning about my delay & and I didn't hear from either one. the next day, when I arrived, the property was surprised since they thought I was already checked in. they put us in the wrong room, not ocean view, said our original room wouldn'tbe available til tomorrow & since it was Sunday the manager doesn't work & nothing could be done. the room we got was a "do be remodeled" room. it smelled of pee, pieces of tile were missing, appliances were moldy & rusty, sheets dirty, tv dusty, it was disgusting! I couldn't reach a manager, Red Awning, no one would help me! I was constantly told to WAIT! there was no way I could stay & it was "the only room" Red Awning totally misrepresented themselves & the way this "resort" looks. even the housekeepers are off on the weekends
