This is a fabulous location right around the corner from Atlantis on Paradise Island. John is a wonderful host and sends you a list of everything before you get there. I suggest reading this before you arrive. Also if you are wanting to eat at Atlantis make reservations before you come. The restaurant at the location has good food but does take a good bit of time to be served. Island time is real there. John has thought about your every need before you even arrive from towel to beach chairs, chargers and other household needs. The beach is right outside your location so no walking to find it. The pools are also great on the location as well. We will be back again and again. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

We loved our stay at John’s place. The location was perfect - right next to the pool and steps away from the beautiful white sand beach with teal water! It was also just blocks away from Atlantis and Marina Village with plenty to do at night. We walked every night. John even lent us rain jackets one evening during rain. The complex was quiet and never any issues finding a place to sit at the pool. The beds were also very comfortable. We appreciated having the water/ice maker provided in the unit. Plenty of towels too! Thank you John!

We loved our stay at here in paradise island- perfect for a ladies group, family, or small group of friends. Very relaxing, easy place to stay. John was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. Donella was super helpful with rides, information and all around as a contact on the island. Please note that the restaurant in the complex, Violas, is NOT the same management as the villa rental and we do not recommend the restaurant. We highly recommend this villa as a rental and can’t wait to return!

First, our host, John, was absolutely the best, super friendly, super helpful, and always responded fast. It was a pleasure to meet someone so lovely like him. The condo was just GREAT, perfect for a family. There were 5 of us and felt this place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and many towels/sheets. We also loved the stuff for a beach day, such as a cooler, chairs, and games. Plus, there is a little patio with a big table and grill for a nice outdoor meal. The location is perfect. The pool is right outside the patio door, just a 1-minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach (way better than Atlantis private beach full of rocks underwater, not kids friendly), short walks to shops and restaurants, super safe, and taxis are right outside as the condo is part of a resort. We highly recommend this place. Hey John, we are definitely coming back because we had a great time at your place!
