Palm Cay is a private gated community, on the south eastern tip of New Providence. One Marina 3 is ideally located at the centre of everything to offer at Palm Cay. There is direct access to a private rooftop pool, the Marina, and Boat charters. A 10 minute scenic stroll along the marina perimeter boardwalk, brings you to world class
beaches, and the beautiful turquoise waters of The Bahamas.
The Beach club is available for a small daily fee for guests (from the welcome centre) which will allow access to the beach club with lounge chairs and umbrellas, gym, tennis courts, and the “Ink” beachfront pool and bar. Access to the beachfront Pink Octopus restaurant is free, therefore does not require the daily fee.
There is also a conveniently located Dockside Cafe, (Starbucks, lunch, ice cream, snacks,souvenirs, sunscreen, etc...) next to the marina office on the dock!
Groceries:
A 25 minute walk out of Palm Cay (or 2 minute drive) gets you to Solomon’s, a new and modern grocery store with a great selection. Located conveniently next door to Solomon’s is a liquor store ( The Flying Dutchman)

There is a parking spot available for guests who have rented a car. Marina 3, Palm Cay is centrally located to all venues, such as Paradise Island, groceries, downtown Nassau, etc…all within 5-25 minutes in either direction.
Palm Cay is 35+ minute drive to/from the airport
