We stayed here with our three children aged 3, 7, and 10. We were extremely happy with the unit itself, the pool, and how easy it was to walk to the south end of Tamarindo beach (which is a perfect place to swim with kids). The place is well looked after, clean and quiet. It was a great place to come home to after a day at the beach. Andrea was always responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions. We would stay again!

Our family of four had a great time staying at Andrea's property as we finished our Costa Rica vacation. The location was perfect! Very close to the beach (rocky and sandy with tide pools) or a short walk (or drive) to the sandy beaches of Tamarindo. Nice and quiet both day and night. Ammenities matched the desciption and we even grilled a couple meals during our stay. The pool was also nice as it has several 'private areas' so you can enjoy while others are also in the pool. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

The condo was well located away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo while still being close enough for daily exploring. From this condo you can walk one block to a small grocery store, walk across the street to Playa Langosta, walk next door to a great restaurant, Bistro Langosta, and one block away are a few shops and another restaurant. The pool area is really nice with an interesting shaped pool and plenty of foliage. We saw a large group of monkeys on the trees right from the pool area. We also saw a few large iguanas on the property. Walking across the street to watch the sunset on the beach with many other locals and visitors was a highlight. We did have a few hiccups which the host, Andrea, was very responsive to. Overall, we enjoyed our girls getaway and would return!

The place and location were wonderful. Having the swimming pool was a great plus . The building has a terrace from which you get the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine . It was very quiet. We were able to walk to what we wanted and to get the food, drinks , etc .
