Great place to stay, knew Plymouth very well so was great for what I needed. Would recommend to anyone staying and watching something at pavilion’s. Clean place and easy check in. Lots of stairs to rooms so bare that in mind

Called you to report window already jammed open and cold wind blowing through very heavily as it was 50mph winds that night, you took over 2 hours to call me back and the manager who called me back was very rude and inconsiderate, if you record your calls which I hope you do then please listen to all the calls, they also lied to me on 1st phone call saying building was fully booked and no other rooms available? Then 2hrs later while we were out with friends you suggested we move into another room, that was a shock as you could have suggested that 2hrs earlier before we went out for the night! With all the above mentioned I’d like a refund please as the room was freezing cold all night, very bad stay..
