My friend and I went to Waco for an end of the year trip and this Airbnb exceeded our expectations!! The pictures do not do it justice to how perfect this place is. We felt right at home. Thank you!!

I was really disappointed with our experience. I notified Waco Vacation Rentals that we were running behind and would be checking in a day late. They never responded to my message. Once we arrived the heat was blasting upstairs and it was 84 degrees. We thought this was an accident and turned it down and switched the AC on. We were surprised to find that the 84 degrees blasting hot air kicked back on early the next morning. It was very hot and miserable. The beds are also very uncomfortable with two thick foam pads. We notified the team via the text it asks you to send when checking out the next morning at 9 am. They never responded or checked on us. I called their office and got an automated system that transcribes voicemails. Then they reached out to us via Airbnb. Waco Vacation Rentals was not apologetic or helpful with regards to our experience. They blamed us for not notifying them sooner. I would not stay at any Waco Vacation Property rental again.

Was attending a convention with my small business team. Very convenient location and the interior was much nicer than any other listing we saw available at the time. Easy check-in and check-out, definately recommend.
