A lovely holiday property really close to the beach. Cosy and well equipped. The stairs were a bit of a surprise and a few bumped heads on the low ceilings but would still recommend as we had an enjoyable stay, thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s cottage in Bacton. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, so full of character, stylishly decorated and deceptively spacious! Sean was so accommodating for us- even leaving a high chair out for our baby. The location is superb- a few minutes walk to a gorgeous wide sandy beach. We had a great time drinking beer on the beach, hiring a boat in Potter Heigham, and exploring nearby beWILDerwood (a must for anyone with kids). Thank you so much, we wanted to stay longer!

This is a lovely peaceful cottage. The beach is incredibly close, only a couple of min walk, with a toddler! One thing to note, is there are a few low doorways you need to remember if you are tall!

Overall, it was an amazing place to stay for a long weekend. Very clean and warm, with comfy beds, a lovely garden, had all the basics, and had a welcome basket. The only things we could fault are small, and hopefully easy fixes. The first was that we tried to cook for 5 but none of the pots were large enough to make such a meal, we could have just done with a larger frying pan. Our second small fault was that there was no photos or description of the stairs, which were narrow, and very difficult to climb, especially as we had someone with mobility issues. It should have been something that was stated. As stated though it was an amazing place and made for a great weekend.

We booked this place for a family Christmas getaway and we were not disappointed. Not only did the host bother putting up a Christmas tree, they also decorated the table and left fairy lights doted around. A very nice surprise. If you love traditional cottages you will feel right at home. You are literally 2 minutes from the beach. Parking space is a plus.
