A lovely house. Nice decor. We were a group of 6 adults and the cottage suited our needs and comfortably accommodated us all. (Although we didn’t eat more than breakfast there so we would have struggled to seat all of us at the table). Quiet location. We made use of the parking space outside the cottage and at the bottom of the lane, as we had two cars. The cottage is just a shortish walk to the quiet beach, & is a 25 minute drive to Cromer. We can recommend the local cafes Cartmel cafe (vegan) and Watson’s. Other reviewers have mentioned the neighbours dog; we did occasionally hear it, but it didn’t really bother or disturb us. Check in and out was really easy; communication from agents clear & timely. Would happily book again

We have just come back from a lovely stay. Thank you for the cakes that were left for us. Lovely clean place to stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Few minutes walk to the beach which was beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay
