Coastguard cottage offers a compact upstairs bath & shower room, with a separate, quirky toilet downstairs. Dogs welcome! Well equipped kitchen with table and stools overlooking back garden. Plenty of garden seating and BBQ. Roomy shed useful for storing bikes, paddleboards etc. Large sitting/dining room with 2 large leather sofas and stool, coffee/games table, Smart TV, Wifi, Victorian open fireplace. Dining table and chairs seats 6, cupboard with board games. Light sunny room with two large sash windows overlooking front garden. Downstairs toilet opposite kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, the back bedroom overlooks a field and the sea beyond, there is a small double painted cast iron bed, dressing table and chair. Feature cast iron fireplace. The main bedroom overlooks the front garden and has a brass and cast iron double bed with bedside tables and lights. There is a large fitted wardrobe for storage and wicker chair. The third bedroom also overlooks the front garden and has 2 adult sized bunk beds, bedside cupboard and light and a short wardrobe with drawers. There is a compact bathroom off the landing with basin, shower over a short bath but no toilet. The house and water is centrally heated by a gas boiler. There is ample parking next to the picket fence by the front garden. This is shared with another holiday cottage.
