This hidden gem is a studio apartment located in a quiet gated complex. It is close to most exclusive Portland attractions - The Blue Lagoon; Winnifred and Boston Beaches; Frenchman’s Cove; Reach Falls; Bath Fountain; Moore Town; Port Antonio and others. It also has all you need in a home! - NO SHARED facilities - Air conditioning and ceiling fan - Views of the Caribbean Sea - Waterfront Access - Hot water -Smart TV/High speed internet - Access to reliable transport - Rooftop Patio Your apartment is a unique, ground level studio located in a gated community. It has its own bathroom and a full kitchen, bedroom, balconies and a dedicated office space. Some features of the kitchen are: Electric stove Coffeemaker Cocktail set, cookwares and all modern appliances The bedroom has: 2 Beds A fully functioning air conditioning unit. Ceiling fan Smart TV One seater couch Closet and dresser Your private back balcony has soft lighting at night and it is the perfect place to enjoy social time with your family. It is the perfect place to have a scenic breakfast in the mornings, or to enjoy the peaceful singing of the birds each evening. The community is safe and gated and there is an ambience of tranquility throughout the neighborhood. You especially feel this while you’re enjoying the gazebo by the ocean, or the hidden walking trail close by the seaside to the far left of the community. These remain as special attractions for many of our repeat guests! Yes - several of our guests have taken notice of the quality hospitality we offer, and they have made us their home away from home. The peace and quiet that we offer is not found in many parts of Jamaica, though we remain connected to places like Boston, which is a popular tourist spot, or Long Bay, with its beautify beach and waterfalls eateries. Ask about Miss. Yvette and her restaurant in Long Bay! Long bay and Boston are both bustling communities and you are only a short drive away. Your unit also comes with a bicycle you may use to explore the local area.

We enjoyed our stay at Mr Calevas home , it was very quiet has I wanted an also clean , an shemar was very nice to us an pleasant . Also mr Caleva’s was not at the home but he took the time out to make sure everything was going great an we was okay . Mr Calevas an shemar me an my husband would like to say thank you 🙏🙏 very much ❤️!!
Caleva's was a home away from home in a quiet and serene environment. We felt safe and secure and would consider staying there again. We'd like to suggest putting in a dining table so that we didn't have to eat in the bedroom.
Needed a relaxing break and that's just what we got at Caleva's Fair Prospect studio apartment. Caleva was most importantly, always responsive and communicated in a clear and friendly manner about the most vague of enquiries. His studio was an excellent choice, sparkling clean throughout, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen with probably the largest fridge-freezer ever in an AirBnB. We loved, loved, loved having hot water, for showers, washing etc...and my husband particularly loved having a huge television ..the sea is a minute's walk away, and there didn't appear to be beach access but a clifftop gazebo provided beautiful views of the sea ...studio was perfectly located for us, and near to famous Boston Jerk Centre...a small still under construction gated community...we stayed over a weekend and there was no noise ...especially well located for anyone wanting a break from the noise and bustle, but close enough to major local attractions and towns

The Blue Lagoon; Winnifred Beach, FrenchMan’s Cove and Boston Beach; The Mineral Baths at Bath Fountain; Reach Falls; the historic Town of Port Antonio and Monkey Island are some special attractions available to guests. You may also want to go hiking in the historic maroon settlements in Moore and Charles Town in the Blue Mountains.
Long Bay Beach is also a favourite, though often underrated. Spend a morning experiencing the sunrise with breakfast at this beach. It’s only a minute drive away.
Additionally, you will find the peace and tranquility in this region a unique attraction - many have already discovered this. Enjoy the ocean views available at the gazebo for your evening relaxation.
Taxis are available. However, guests are advised to secure their own vehicles to ensure convenient transportation is always available.
The property is also managed by Shemar and he has a ca. He is available to assist guests with transportation at very affordable rates.
