We received a warm welcome from the host and a tour through the property. It was a very nice way to be welcomed and accommodated, and we obtained all information we required for our stay. The property itself is beautiful, private, quiet and one can see that it was created with love and attention to detail. The view is just wow!! They have a lot of cute chill-out spots on the property, so everyone could find a little private spot to sit down and relax. The cottage was cozy with some nice paintings. We really appreciated the huge shower and warm water. We missed however a closet or shelf to put down our clothe and belongings. We can definitely recommend the place, and would stay there again. Thanks a lot for the lovely stay!

Marlon’s place was a peaceful getaway in nature. The meaning of an eco resort. On checking in Eldon was very polite friendly and responded to any queries we had. A full property tour was done which was showed a beautiful property. The cottage was just like photos very comfortable and felt like home. The complimentary breakfast was a plus as the property is a little way out of town. Would definitely recommend for a visit.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel rooms and grounds are clean and have everything you need for a good stay. We enjoyed the food, the pool and watching the sunrise in beautiful Portland! We will definitely come back again.

It was really wonderful to stay there. The whole place is beautiful, very green, with absolutely amazing views. Everyone working there was very friendly and we had a great time. It was also easy to reach with signs to indicate the way. Close by are reach falls and turtle bay cove, as well as Frenchmans Cove and Winifred beach, but I would advise to have a car. All in all a great stay.
