Randy's cottage on the beach far exceeded our expectations and the pictures just don't do it justice. My husband and I were so thrilled with this place we already booked a week next year to have more nights in Paradise! We have stayed at 2 other AirBnB's in IRB - they both were pool homes and one even had a street legal golf cart which made beach parking much easier.... but nothing beats literal direct access to the beach right out your back door. There's a tall sand dune in between the back yard and the beach which provides fantastic privacy without prohibiting the views. You can see the ocean from practically every room. The one day it rained for a few hours and instead of going to the movies or something, we had the best time in the Florida Room just watching the storm on the ocean! The location is so perfect for anywhere you want to go in IRB. Thank you Randy and family for restoring this beautiful Florida cottage and being such awesome hosts. Can't wait to return!
We had such a wonderful stay with our three kids. The beach was perfect for relaxing and lots of fun for the kids. The house is quaint and feels so private, even with neighbors next door. It was a little hard to see the driveway, but the directions were helpful. We already booked a return trip! Thanks for sharing this gem with us!

What a great time my wife and I had! The cottage was rustic but beautiful! We have stayed at numerous “current or updated” places but this was really cool and we totally enjoyed it! Private , cool, and right on the beach ! Enjoy!
Outstanding! This 1930's cottage shows it's age but is full of character! It felt great to detach from our modern/tech lifestyle and relax. Tucked nicely between large trees with amazing scenery to the ocean. This is a rather busy area but the house has a very private feel. Had everything we needed and the owner Randy was maintaining the property when we arrived which is great. Hope to be back!

Hi, I'm a retired military officer who spent the last 15 years in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan with my family, working as a military attaché. My wife Caren and I are currently in San Diego with our three children and dog Bailey. We have spent months renovating this historic, quaint cottage on the stunning white sand beaches of the Sun Coast. I hope you enjoy this tranquil paradise as much as we do.
