The space is fantastic, and is located in a quiet neighborhood within Falls Church. All amenities were as listed. We found the in-unit washer/dryer very convienient. The space is on the 2nd floor of a detached garage behind the house, and it's quite private and laid out like a studio apartment. The space was also very well provisioned. The owners also left us a bottle of wine at check-in (which we were very thankful for, but didn't have time to take advantage of). Parking is a short walk away (20-25 meters), but it wasn't inconvienient at all. We visit the DC/NoVA area about 3-4x/year, and we'll definitely be repeat visitors!

We appreciated everything about this place. It was comfortable, private, and well maintained. There were so many nice little attentions to detail that really made for a wonderful stay, from toiletries, the residental parking pass, metro maps, coffee and snacks, etc. The location is perfect for exploring the region. We felt very much at home during our stay. Thanks Hans and Milzeth!

Hans’s place was a fantastic location in Falls Church for my mom to stay while in town. Super easy to access right by I-66 and had everything needed.

Really great place, close to shops and restaurants, and a pleasant walk to the East Falls Church metro. Also a nice park and playground just steps away. Highly recommend!
