Our stay was quite pleasant, just a short drive from the charming town of Helen. The property was impeccably maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the intriguing fourth room, which felt like a delightful hidden gem.

It was disappointing, We didn’t complain because we only had a few days to spend together and I knew I would be able to write a review apparently this company has many air bnb or rental properties and they don’t have time to check on their properties we stayed in Sauté mountains retreat in 268 cabin number.The water did not work down stairs when we arrived,The water had been turned off I assume because of the unusual winter weather the previous week, My son figured that out ,the heat was impossible to regulate, they had space heaters in every bedroom but the breakers would go off everytime you turned them on so we are thankful we took blankets.The cabin smelled like dogs,it was not cleaned well, The price we paid was well above what it was worth but it will be the last money they get from my family.The trash in the back yard could have easily been picked up look like an animal had got in someone trash,We cleaned the firepit area and straightened the outside sitting area for ourselves.

This is a really nice cabin, with room for 8 in beds. Note that one bedroom has a separate entrance, which probably allows it to be rented separately as needed. The billiards room was a fun touch, with lots of windows overlooking the woods. Well stocked and comfortable place.
