Be wary - Tim's room is beautiful. It's clean, has a nice balcony where you can see the ocean, and it has a working gas fireplace. The hotel is lovely and wonderfully situated right across from the beach. I knew that the day we were planning to stay was going to be a very tiring day for both me, and my daughters. We were exhausted and the girls were really looking ofrward to the hot tub at the hotel. On March 25th I had texted Tim and had asked him if the pool and hot tub were working (because someone on one of his other reviews said it wasn't). He responded that they were. When we got there though, neither was in working order. I e-mailed Tim and he told me that he wasn't made aware of it until the evening of March 29th. We weren't staying until April 1st. Tim knew it was a concern of mine but made no effort to contact me between when he was notified and when we stayed. We were so disappointed but were offered no compensation. It's too bad because it is such a nice spot.

We (family of 4) stayed one night and enjoyed the accommodations very much. Comfortable beds and pillows, view of the ocean from the balcony, fireplace in the room and in the lobby, refrigerator and coffee/tea in the room, so many nice amenities. The staff were amazing, so pleasant and helpful, especially Alexandria at the front desk (I hope I remember her name correctly!) Tim, the host, was also very kind, responsive and answered all my questions quickly.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very helpful, everywhere was clean for the most part. I definitely feel like it was worth it, and do plan on visiting again in the summer :)

A lovely room and we really liked the fireplace which meant although the weather was so cold and wet outside, we could stay warm. A very comfortable bed, a good bedroom and a lovely big bathroom. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included though considering how big the Nantasket Beach Resort is. Unfortunately, we did not have a good view of the sea as our balcony was tucked away in the corner. As the weather was so bad we stayed in our room and could not see the sea without going out onto the balcony in the rain. Overall, a good stay, but the welcome we received at 6pm was terrible and the receptionist was extremely rude. She seemed irritated to have to talk to me and very impatient. Allhe other staff were very pleasant and helpful though.
