This is an amazing house with such views as you may never see again!!! Three floors of pure bliss!! The air circulation is wonderful - a stiff breeze all day and night. They have a wonderful selection of games and children"s books.The outdoor space is great too - comfortable chairs, a view of the ocean. There are nearby beaches enough to satisfy anyone. Great rock pools at low tide with snails and crabs to catch. More than sufficient parking. And flexible, responsive hosts! We left trying to decide if we should book for next summer now so as to make sure we can come back.

Great location! Perfect for a large group (we had 10 people and a dog)… Keith was super responsive. The house could use some updating but the layout is great and the views are amazing.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is fraud. I want to be clear on the situation. In the advertisement it says central air conditioning. That is 100% not true. It was 85+ everyday in the Also the third floor balcony, is not safe!!! I was not usable because of the railing and safety issues. When communicating with the owner he made it seem like he knew but didn’t care the railing was falling apart. The only trash can there is not big enough for one day of garbage for a 4 bedroom home, so we have garbage lined up outside. On the topic of garbage, the previous guest left bags of garbage under the deck that smells of stale beer. During my vacation here I be had to deal with these issues along with changing the air conditioning filter (a major fire hazard, I have pictures to show how bad it was). The refrigerator has stopped working. While removing the refrigerator we noticed the endless amounts of MOUSE FRCES IN THE KITCHEN!! ( I also have photos to send you if you’d like). The home was extremely dirty, dust pile ups on all fans, mouse feces everywhere, the windows don’t have screen so when you open them bugs are all over the place. I communicated with the owner and they forwarded me to someone else. When asked about the AC their response was “the house doesn’t have AC”. When voicing trying to communicate with owner about the issues instead of fixing it or offering help he responded with “you should just leave, but won’t give refund”..

We had such a lovely stay at Keith’s house in Scituate. It literally doesn’t get better than that porch view. The house is well appointed, everything you need for a comfy stay, plenty of cooking ware, etc. Keith was great about answering the few questions we had in advance and during our stay. Would absolutely love to rent the place again sometime!
