Briefly? This is simply a hidden gem we’re happy to have had the chance to discover. First of all, the place is literally on the beach; after enjoying a breathtaking sunrise in the silence of a coffee, you leave the terrace (yes, there are quite a few steps down, but hey! what’s best than a little cardio in the morning?), open the entrance gate and the sea waves are just in front of you. Second, the place is spotlessly clean, very well kept, equipped with everything you need to make your seaside vacation memorable. Besides, Eleni and Babis are there to help you with whatever you might need (from tips about restaurants and local community to helping with luggages and cleaning up). Although the parking is a few minutes away, at the end of the beach, it completely safe. Thank you, Sofia, for taking your time to introduce the Kymi surroundings to us and for all your suggestions! Thank you for this wonderful vacation!

Had an amazing stay, your own little castle on the beach, can be divided into 4 private spaces so this is ideal for families or for 4 couples that want some privacy, unbeatable view, on one of the most popular beaches in the area, the house’s front gate opens to the beachfront. Multiple levels/areas to entertain, both inside and outside. Fully equipped in every way from kitchen/bath all the way to sports (2 sea kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards etc). Host Sophia and groundskeeper Babis are very attentive ensuring a very welcoming stay. House’s unique and impressive architecture adds to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The house with real genius loci builds by Sofia's father. We were six - two adults and four kids (3 - 16). The house can easily accommodate two families with 2- 3 kids or a large family with a mixture of smaller kids staying in a room next to parents' bedroom and the older ones enjoying the depandance on the top of the house. The house has everything you will need. We normally take a lot of own stuff with us, as it is never certain what we find when we rent the house but here you will really find everything - starting from sea kayaks and bicycles down to huge number of toys for kids, games, umbrellas, sunbeds, tablets to washing machine and dishwasher, toothpaste, basic medicines and first aid kid, binoculars, maps, books for kids ... but also tomatoes in the garden, a pile of bottled water at your disposal or a barrel of olive oil. We also used many times a food delivery from a local tavern recommended by Sofia. It worked perfectly, the food was great and prices extremely cheap. Sofia employs a local janitor Mr. Babis to take care of the house. He was extremely supportive and helped us immediately even when we forgot the keys inside the house and closed the doors by accident. He brought his son to help us with the luggage the day we came also. Few more words to house itself. It was designed and build by a real master engineer. The feeling you have is a mixture of medieval fortress or the boat - depends where you are. It would not be possible to build something like this today in my country simply because it would cost fortune. It is all manual work - mostly stone and mahogany. The whole setup of the house is coherent - as if when you exactly know what to do, how to do it and you do it just for yourself. It is fair to say that the house is not suitable for disabled persons, you will walk many stairs every day up and down, but for us this was actually a positive. I sincerely hope we will be able to come again next year. My family really enjoyed the place.

A paradise discovered! All the property is amazing, clean, seaview from every point of the house (even from the toilet :)) with all the amenities imagined for a perfect stay. The beach is just on the doorstep, and all the necessary are there (canoe, sunbeds, towels, toys for little ones, minibar on the sundeck). Sofia and Babis explained everything about the house and the area. Also two bikes are provided. Supermarket is at 400m, and they bring everything at your door! A house for complete relaxation !!!!Great stay, we look forward to come back! Thank you!!
