Amazing stay! I was nervous to stay at an apartment in the Pines as I've only previously stayed in private houses, but Paul and Marita's place is fabulous! The trees around the apartment made it feel secluded and private but also had a great view from the deck. Great location, close to the harbor, the Boulevard, and the ocean. Check in was easy, they even allowed us to check in early so we could catch a good beach day. Paul is the best! Our group loved chatting with him and his friends. Would absolutely stay again.

Truly a stellar gem amidst the shady trees in The Pines. Already booked our next stay! Paul was exquisitely helpful and responsive. The space was bright, welcoming and well appointed. This unit sits on the second level of the house (you have a completely separate entrance) and feels like a beautiful tree house. Especially sitting on the private outdoor deck. Very serene and peaceful. AC in the living room is STRONG! Much appreciated benefit after a hot day at the beach. Paul also offered the beach chairs and umbrellas and beach canopies, which really came in handy! The outdoor show was DIVINE! Not a single one of us actually used the indoor shower! Super close to the beach, and just a short walk to town. Would definitely recommend to friends, and will be returning hopefully many stays in the future. Much gratitude and thanks for opening up your exquisite home .

Really fabulous place in the Pines. We had a group of five, and it never felt crowded. Also, the trees around the property made the house feel very secluded and private. The walk to the bars and the pantry takes less than 10 minutes, and you could be at the beach in two. I wish I could take the outdoor shower home with me. Paul was a kind and terrific host who was helpful and easily available the entire week. Can't recommend it enough.

Paul and Marita's place is convenient and easy to get to. The pictures and description of the place are 100% correct and our expectations were met. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed in the posting. Paul and Marita were very quick to respond to all our queries before the trip and during the trip - on the ability to bring a paddleboard, extra paper towels, etc. The place is only steps from the beach and from the ferry (less than a five-minute walk), which made our last-minute food needs heading to the pantry easy! We will definitely seek Paul and Marita's place for our next visits!

Wonderful stay with a wonderful man (Paul. I can only imagine how equally wonderful Marita is). Thoughtful through and through. Hospitable, charming, and fun. Perfect Pines stay.
