If I could give Karen and this place 100 stars, I would! Karen's place is in such a stunning location, right next to the Millenium Bridge, it's really peaceful and quiet, but close to all Newcastle city has to offer. The flat is beautiful, amazingly maintained, very comfortable and pristinely clean, with all the amenities anyone could need. I stayed with a friend and we had a wonderful week, being able to unwind at the flat after exploring the city. Karen is a fantastic host, the best I've ever had, she went above and beyond for us, especially in terms of flexibility, check-in and check-out, was always super helpful and gave brilliant recommendations about what to do in the neighbourhood and Newcastle area more widely. She was always instantly reachable and anticipating our needs and questions, I most sincerely recommend Karen and her flat to anyone looking to be in Newcastle, as it was the perfect stay for us. Thank you, Karen, we'll definitely be back sometime!

Perfect apartment and location for a couple's weekend away to explore Newcastle. 2 mins away from the Millenium Foot bridge across to Quayside - loads of restaurants and bars. we were there for a gig at the O2 City Hall which we walked to from the apartment. As a place to come back to in the evening the apartment was great - clean and comfortable, modern and light and very secure on the 4th floor. The bedding was high qualityand the bed comfy. Karen is a great host, very welcoming and made sure we got into the apartment OK, she'd bought milk and coffee and tea for us. We had our own dedicated car parking space in a secure car park easy to get in and out of. We highly recommend Karen's place to anyone looking to explore Newcastle and the surrounding area. Tx Bob

Excellent location by the modern waterfront, 4 mins from the Millennium Bridge. We always walked into the city centre but there is a bus stop outside. A modern building and very quiet. Secure undercover parking. Well furnished with comfortable king size bed. Very clean and well equipped. Karen responded to messages very quickly. A very pleasant stay.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved our stay at Karen’s place, she is a delightful and lovely host and you can just tell that she will go above and beyond for anyone who chooses to stay there :) It is located in a lovely apartment block just on the other side of the bridge so great for accessing the Quayside just by walking, the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay including a stocked kitchen with milk, tea and sugar - bottles of water and ice etc which meant we didn’t have to go to the supermarket! There were even Uno cards which were a great evening activity for us :) Karen was super flexible with our arrival time which was lovely and even gave us some recommendations for activities during our stay. Being able to use the car parking space was also super handy although due to how close we were we pretty much walked everywhere! - We would 100% come back to stay here again! :)

Karen was a great host, communicating promptly to any queries then meeting us at the property and explaining everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and seating area. The shower was great and the kitchen had everything needed. Private, secure parking was a bonus. Walking from the apartment to the Millenium Bridge only took minutes then it was a nice walk into Newcastle centre. We will definitely be staying here again.
