This home is an absolute gem. The many thoughtful choices throughout the house welcome you and put you at ease. The bathrooms are wonderful and the kitchen inspires culinary adventures. The property is walkable to town and beaches. Definitely paradise!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Filippa's home. The house is located in a very tranquil area of Woods Hole, and it's within walking distance of shops, restaurant and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Filippa was a very gracious host, always responsive via email if we had questions, and provided many helpful suggestions for local restaurants and activities in the surrounding area. The decor is modern, pristine, and well-appointed, it was a pleasure to spend our vacation in such a beautiful setting. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and outfitted with everything we needed to make our vacation truly memorable!

The modern cape home was perfect for our family’s summer vacation in Woods Hole— the house is just a short walk from the harbor & several great restaurants, and is just a short drive from Falmouth center and all beaches. We loved hearing the ferry horn each morning when we woke, and listening for the last horn at night before bed. We especially enjoyed watching the sun set over the water as we would walk home from dinner in town, or from the golf course across the street. The home is really beautiful (inside and out) and very peaceful, and even has great wifi! Our whole family found this to be one of our most relaxing vacations ever! Filippa was an amazing host- she made sure we had everything we needed in the home. We’d love to come stay again in the near future!

A magical black and glass box, all clean, fresh and pristinely renovated. The kitchen and baths are sleek and modern. The setting is lovely, quiet and peaceful, yet only a 1/2 mile walk from Woods Hole town, for a snack or even dinner. Not much else there, but busy Falmouth is only 15 min away. The house is well set up with two large bedrooms w/ ensuite baths, and a baby's room with crib and another full bath, all on the main floor. The fourth bedroom is on a lower level (not basement) and entered separately. Well equipped with TVs, especially a super-screen projection TV in the living room. We enoyod our stay. Filippa was indeed a super host.
