Rose cottage is a lovely renovated cottage and the book sharing the process is a cute touch. For myself a decor that ties in with the cattle farm would have been nice with a more neutral and consistent decor throughout. The beds were comfy although was surprised we were asked to change the bedding before leaving as this is a first when we’ve stayed in an air b&b. The tele probably needs replacing as the remote was consistent to respond and with two exhausted children at the end of the day this was a must. Overall nice stay but for myself the cleanliness wasn’t as high as I had expected from the previous reviews

Lovely cottage with absolutely everything you could need for a great stay. Treats and milk provided on arrival was a wonderful touch. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean. Great location, really close to Aylsham. Only issue we encountered was the walls dividing the house into the two cottages seemed very thin as we were woken up both mornings at 6:30am with lots of noise (felt like they were in the room with us) from the guests children next door which was pretty constant from that time so hard to get back to sleep which left us feeling pretty tired. However if you’re a deep sleeper/early riser that wouldn’t have been a problem, just unfortunately we were not. We would definitely use the cottage again though!

Lovely stay in Rose Cottage. Place was clean and tidy. Sweets and crisps on arrival went down well. Really well priced. Was a good base to get around the area.
