This is a quaint cottage and we enjoyed our two night stay. The cottage is spotless and had everything we needed. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of town.

28 Millgate is a hidden gem and we are so glad we booked. Nestled away down a pretty little street it stands out with its sunny mustard coloured door. The itself cottage is just so charming with its exposed beams and other original features. It has been restored immaculately, thoughtfully considering its history and surroundings. On the practical side the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus some much appreciated essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the shower was great too, always a must when staying away. Aylsham itself is a lovely little town, we ate at the pub and bought breakfast food from the butchers and bakers. We took our dogs who were also well catered for in the cottage with treats and bowls etc. We didn’t have kids with us but I noticed some discreetly packed away toys and baby bowls etc. Kelly had pretty much thought of everything and was also really helpful with local recommendations. We will be going back!

What was initially going to be one night at a chain hotel, turned into a mini 4 day holiday at Kelly’s home from home! The cottage was perfect for myself, partner and 4 year old son. Our son has never slept till 8am (especially 3 nights in a row!!). Beds extremely comfortable, beautiful furniture and you could tell so much effort has gone into the design and decoration of Millgate. The house had everything we needed, from safety gates , toys and the essentials to make our stay perfect. Our son loved your picnic set! And played with it every morning and evening thankyou! Also very safe and large garden. Spotless on arrival and smelt lovely.The cottage itself was in a great area, 5 minute walk to main centre- everything we needed from small coop to numerous eateries, cafes and park for our little boy. Perfectly located, communities to centre and multiple sea towns. Great communication and Kelly kindly organised a 3rd night, when we decided to stay longer. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place for a couple of nights during the Easter holidays. We have stayed in several places around Norfolk before but this was our first time in Aylsham and found it very easy to navigate around. The house itself was great location and in easy walking distance from the shops and restaurants. The place was spotless with plenty of character and everything that you need to feel right at home. Kelly was very responsive whenever needed and gave plenty of local recommendations.

I’m just back from a really lovely couple of days at this AirBnB. It’s in a beautiful village, with lots of interest within walking and short driving distance. As well as some excellent food options! The cottage itself is gorgeous, very welcoming and comfortable. You feel at home straight away. Kelly is very helpful and makes sure everything is as you need it. Oh, and the cookies are superb!
