Really nice cottage. Good facilities and comfy beds! Geographically a great location. Road it is on is busier than I’d expect and so it can be quite noisy if you’re a light sleeper in the early morning and evening. Turning into the driveway is blind so need to be careful pulling out.

Nice secluded location but perfect for us not being to far from the beach. Lovely outside space. Perfect for families.

Beech Cottage is a cosy cottage , very comfortable , great base for the coast and the Broads , great pub a 5 minute walk via the boundary of the field in font of the cottage , Hannah was responsive to our communications, and was able to accommodate us at very short notice . Would stay again .

2nd time we have stayed at this wonderful cottage! And Hannah provided us with all the equipment we needed for our 1 year old daughter ! Super clean and the cosiest cottage to explore Norfolk ! The bed was an absolute dream!! Thank you for having us again ! Would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation xxx
