We had a lovely time staying at Rosy’s cottage. The cottage was very well equipped both in the kitchen and in terms of games, books, TV, DVDs, etc. The heating was very efficient and easy to use and there was plenty of hot water at any time. We were a party of 5 staying and one dog. It was an exceptionally cold April weekend but we were lovely and warm in the cottage. Easy access to dog walks from the cottage. The only issue was the garden wasn’t fully enclosed for a dog but for our dog that was fine as she was too nervous to have wondered off but more adventurous dogs would have to be closely supervised.

The cottage is in a great location close to the broads and a very short walk to 2 dog friendly pubs that serve good food. Immediately felt at home - secure garden for dogs / kids and lovely ‘welcome’ touches. Rosy was a great host - and is very responsive - enjoyed 3 relaxing days. Many thanks. Rosy was very welcoming, excellent communication The lodge was very well equipped and my daughters and grandchildren had a wonderful stay. Would recommend.
