Rhenna was a wonderful host and the place was beautiful. Fire pit was great and the rooms were spacious. Only thing is the rooms got extremely hot at night and had to drive to get everywhere, but would definitely rent again.

Cons: - Stayed for over a month and the TV didn't work at all for the duration of our stay - Internet was spotty at best (we ended up leaving 3 days early as a result) - Back door is not secure (there was a chair placed in front of it as every time you opened the front door, the rear door would pop open) - There was a few times when various workers were at the house and we left to manage them - There were lots of dead bugs on the floor and in the windows (though it is by a lake) Pros: - Good location and close to the marina; great for walks - Has a big backyard/outdoor area - Beds were comfortable All in all, it it might be better for shorter stays but we didn't have a great experience—particularity for the price paid. Afterward, we shocked to hear it was left in an "unacceptable state" as they moved the couch and found popcorn underneath... We didn't eat popcorn while we were there and have photos and videos of how we left it, as we're hosts ourselves...

Overall our stay was nice. It's clean, well maintained and comfortable. Owner communicated well. A couple tips, the AC doesn't cool the bedrooms very well so suggest bringing a fan for each room. Also the internet was not reliable, something to consider if that's important to you.
