Took care of all our needs.
Overall this is a nice place. Unfortunately, it needs a DEEP cleaning. The couch was so stained and had an odor, the bathroom shower curtain had about a foot pink mold on it, stains on furniture/rugs, dirty paper towels left on the counter from what I’m assuming was the cleaners, many blankets had hair and pet hair on them so it seems they are not washed after each stay, the washer had a lot of rust, hair, and dirt in the detergent dispenser areas, pillows are old and have stains on them, the counter had big coffee stains under the maker. With all of this it just seemed like it is not cleaned very well in between stays which was disappointing. The “bedroom” with the bunk beds is actually a nook with no door, so we wish that was expressed in the listing due to having smaller children that need a door for noise control. The lights are bright at night so curtains would be helpful as well in your rooms. The area was quiet and nice other than the occasional train. Lots of towels and extras.
Wayne's place was conveniently close to downtown Bowling Green as well as a good place for a family to rest and relax in.
Really enjoyed our stay, very centralized location.
Walking distance to Fountain Square, quiet neighborhood, Very clean, host communicated all instructions clearly and proactively, from check in to check out.
