It was a great place to unwind each day after my classes at the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. Next door to a short woodland walks down to the water, and only a few minutes drive to the town center with water views, as well as a food coop and grocery store.

Great location if you want to be close to Damariscotta but also a bit out of town. The rest of the peninsula is easily accessible from here. Second time staying here and Carol is always very responsive and pleasant.

Carol is very welcoming ! Everything is as described (the kitchen part is very small), everything was very clean and we could event do a laundry during our stay. Carol was very considerate. Thank you again !

Carol’s place was in an excellent location to see many different parts of Maine’s Coast… From hiking to beaches. Carol’s Airbnb room was quite large, and amazing to be in a library. Even though it did not have a kitchen, she had all the entities to do some minimal cooking right there in the room. The bathroom was quite large with a very nice shower and good water pressure. Carol was always available for any questions and was great at checking in with us.
