This is one of the better AirBnBs we’ve stayed at in a while. My absolute favorite thing was the awesome Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Sooo much better than the standard, gross Keurig machine you fine in most places! It’s worth noting that this house is great for families with kids as well as adult only trips. The place was super cool and the location is absolutely awesome. Lots of cool restaurants/bars/coffee and public spaces all within a block or two. We’ll definitely be back!

We were in town for a dance competition and decided to stay overnight last minute. John's home was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked (he even provided pods for the Nespresso machine!) and the bathrooms had plenty of soap/shampoo/conditioner and extra toilet paper. Our kids really enjoyed the gaming system downstairs! The area is very safe and we were in walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants and shops in Southside. John quickly communicated anything we needed to know. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an HVAC issue during our stay (AC on top floor not working). John responded within seconds every time I communicated, providing clear instructions. While the AC never did start working, John sent over a bunch of fans and reimbursed us for the inconvenience. A truly great host! The place itself is very nice - I particularly loved the master bedroom/bath. We enjoyed the arcade game. Very walkable area. Secure, with garage. It's 1 door down from a great pub, too! This is not a place for those with mobility issues. Those lovely high ceilings. mean two flights of high stairs to get in and out from the bedroom. My partner had a knee replacement and stayed on the kitchen level to spare himself some stairs. Overall great find/great host!

This place is amazing! The location is one of the best in Chattanooga, so close to so many truly incredible restaurants and a very fun part of town. All of the photos matched the reality extremely well and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. John was so helpful and provided wonderful instructions which resulted in a flawless check-in. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back!
