excellent location, Lovely surprise of eggs,bacon, and milk in fridge. Would stay again. Only one minor problem that the TV did not work and David unfortunately could not help with that. Other than that no complaints. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location for the nature reserve and the local pub (William the Conqueror) had good food. Rye town centre a very short drive. Would happily return.

Fantastic cottage within walking distance to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. Cottage well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the supplies in the fridge. Lovely pub within walking distance with great food.

Our third trip to Rye Harbour and our first in Grace Cottage. Such a lovely area-really peaceful once you head into the nature reserve although the road itself can be noisy and unfortunately was being resurfaced at night whilst we were there! Can’t blame David for that though! The cottage was warm and cosy and very comfortable. It is nicely decorated, well furnished and was clean and tidy. As is made clear the stairs are very steep so worth considering if you have youngsters or those who might find them a challenges-especially as the bathroom is downstairs. Thank you for the supplies that you left for us too.
