Brilliant little home, in a perfect central spot in Rye. Would highly recommend Hannah place, just as described, cosy and in the heart of Rye. Lots of wonderful spots to walk to straight out of the front door - we had a car but if you did not you could easily have a lovely weekend just walking around Rye. A wonderful weekend had by all and Hannah was great to communicate with. Thank you for a brilliant time ! x

This lovely flat is exactly as described, a great place to spend some time in Rye. Right in the heart of the town, all the amenities are within walking distance. Hanna’s instructions were clear and attention to detail unparalleled. Strongly recommended!

The Crows Nest is fantastic, the photos don't do it justice. The attention to detail is excellent, the bed linen, the bedding, the little hooks just where you need them, the little chocolate left for us, the eco products.... and the list goes on. It felt like a boutique hotel rather than Airbnb, we didn't want to leave. The property is also in a perfect location. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Hannah was also very responsive when we needed her. Thank you Hannah for hosting such a stellar place :)

Lovely lady, great communication, we accidentally posted the keys on checkout instead on putting back as requested, but she was great and understanding and sorted it 😊 A++++++

Really enjoyed the central location of the place. Kids loved the bedrooms and everything had been thought of - exceptionally highly recommended!
