The cottage was the perfect place to get away for a couple of days.
Lovely place to escape to the countryside, driving distance from lots of places. We really enjoyed our stay!
Lovely little home perfect for what we needed it for
I stayed for 2 nights in Owains place. we were a group of 4 adults and a puppy. the place was nice and Owain was a great host and had given a great comprehensive check in details and everything was as it was. photos of the place we're a bit misleading as the space was a bit tight as we felt. some of the points I felt could help others are 1. stairs are a bit steep. my aged parents had difficulty going up and down as there were no railings. 2. one bathroom felt less for a group of 4 would recommend Owain to limit the number of occupants as we were lining up for the bathroom during the mornings 3. the backyard is a bit small, definelty not big enough for a couple of people and a dog to hang around. overall it was a good experience but 3 stars because the place was much smaller than expected and also one bathroom didn't seem enough
Loved this little house great place so lovely and clean and brilliantly situated for us, definitely will consider next time we bring the two kids

Hi, we're a designer and art teacher based on the sunny South Coast in Portsmouth. We host in Millom which is our spiritual home, and we love getting up to enjoy the undiscovered Western Lakes whenever possible. We've recently left London after 10 years having just had a baby girl, and are making the most of being back near family and the sea. Sharing this amazing part of the world with others and exploring new areas are what makes us tick
