We enjoyed our stay very much. Its spacious, clean, amenities and pool area are great. Everything was very close and walkable distance, from restaurants to grocery stores etc. And host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Was in Miami for business, found Alican’s place last minute. Nice, clean big apartment with huge balcony and great view. The complex is very lively, with the W hotel and 2 other condo towers and restaurants there’s always people coming and going. Nice walking along the water right in rear of the property. The amenities are great, must get an amenity pass and have key fob to get around the amenities. Pool was great had sun until 5pm in beginning of April, which is good for downtown / Brickell. No food or drink options at the pool must bring your own. Pleasant stay, would stay again.
