my family and I have stayed here multiple times and we'll definitely do another week this summer again. it's definitely our home away from home.

My family wanted to do a little spring break staycation and this house was perfect each kid had a room to share with a friend. Only thing that is a very tiny bummer is in the photos there was a bigger couch and chair in living room which is no longer there. Other than that it was exactly what we were looking for.

We had an amazing stay here. Our group was 5 adults and 2 kids, and this was more than enough space for us. Being able to open the back door and walk right onto the beach was amazing. We saw dolphins most days and the sunsets were beautiful. The location was close to a park and plenty of food options. We had food from Zabb Thai, Spaghetti Bender, and Chronic Taco and would recommend all three. Easy drive to Legoland for a day trip. Parking was easy (garage for a sedan and street for a minivan). The place (including the grill) was so clean and well stocked. The only suggestion I might have is that the couch in the living room be a sectional for more comfy seating options for the evenings and chilly/rainy days. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend booking this place!

Great place and host! We had 7 adults and fit in comfortably. Linens, kitchen supplies, furniture...everything was top notch. The real selling point was the location, not just being able to step out onto the beach, but the local businesses nearby. We recommend Vacancy Coffee (if you've left your dog at home and need a fix, head over and enjoy a coffee on their back patio), TidePoole's - great breakfast burritos (just note they aren't open early as the owner will be surfing) and sandwiches, and EatChow (excellent dinner). All walkable and there were a bunch of other options nearby that we didn't have a chance to check-out. There is also a little general store/liquor store. One downfall for us was the garage. As the listing says - it's not for large cars so we had to park on the street which in January was a little tricky so I'm betting in the summer months it's even harder. Also, you will hear anything happening in the upstairs unit. That said - would 100% go back again!
