Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event in downtown Spokane. Walkable to Riverfront park and the Convention Center. No parking but it was expected for staying downtown and parking at the Davenport was easy enough. We were satisfied with our stay.

This is a gorgeous loft apartment in downtown Spokane. I looked at local hotels and they were more than AirBNB so I started searching on something downtown, so that if I wanted to have a drink, I could walk safely back or take an Uber. This apartment is beautiful and located in a great, safe building as well. Other tenants were very helpful as well. Walking in, the bed was made immaculate and had clean linen and clean pillows. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and also body wash, something I forgot! I made a plan to come to Spokane the week before but blanked on bringing toiletries but this listing had it all. Laundry soap was provided as well if a wash was needed. Never had that before! Kitchen was fantastic and has Keurig with pods, a whole dining room setup as well if you chose to make food there. And lastly, the TV with signed in streaming apps was perfect. I will book again when I come back to Spokane in the near future. Thank you!

Nice space, had everything we needed. Felt safe inside the building, outside was rough around the edge. Some great hangouts in this location. Very happy with our decision to stay here!

Attractive place, excellent location, responsive host. Appreciated being able to walk to the Convention Center and Riverfront Park, plus to a variety of good restaurants. Bed and bath were very comfortable -- we appreciated having the washer and dryer. Jake responded quickly and helpfully to questions. Highly recommend!
