If want to use the pool on the check-in and check-out days, or special time window and temperature are needed, please request in advance. * Heating and Air Conditioning: central heating air conditioning in the main house. A propane heating stove in the swimming pool. Require guests to read manual and turn on heater by themselves. * BBQ, firepit and fireplace: A 30" Weber Charcoal BBQ and a propane fire-pit table. Due to safety reasons and management difficulties, guests are responsible purchasing charcoal, refill propane tank and refill firewood for the fireplace. * BBQ Tool Sets: we provide BBQ tool sets. But in case we are short of supplies, please request refill before 5pm, and refill will be delivered within 3 hours. Requests after 5pm will be delivered the next morning.
