My overall 4 stars is based on: 5 stars for a very cool apartment. The loft layout is fun, the view from both levels is awesome, and the roof-top pool area is excellent. Fast Internet, huge smart TV, and nice plants in the apartment. Great location. 3 stars for many things in the apartment not being in good shape and/or not being clean. I sent a long list to the owner. For example two clogged drains, the door panel of the dishwasher is falling off, large stains under both AC units, dirty areas in the kitchen and bathrooms, etc. Minor things each one, but there were a ton of them.

Absolutely breathtaking views! Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The scenery was mesmerizing, and every moment felt like a picture-perfect postcard. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and the amenities were top-notch. A definite must for anyone seeking a truly memorable getaway.

Don’t hesitate, just book while you can! I am convinced this is the best place to stay in all of PV. Unbeatable location, incredible balcony view, great building amenities and so much more. All of the best restaurants were walking distance and I loved that the building had 24/7 locked doors on the streets, as well as security. Pedro & the staff in the building were all super friendly and helpful. When I travel to the same city more than once, I like to try out different Airbnbs to get a different experience, but in this case Pedro’s place will be my own & only stop, you can’t get better from here! Thanks Pedro!!!

The loft was a wonderful place. There were so many things to do nearby and explore. It was absolutely beautiful and the views were magical. We saw fireworks outside our window on the beach every night. I want to visit again.

This place is absolutely stunning. I already miss being able to wake up, without moving my head from the pillow, and seeing the ocean. The location is in my opinion absolutely perfect in that you are close enough to walk to everything that Zona Romantica has to offer, yet just far enough away to have a quiet and relaxing time to yourself if you wish. You will find everything that you will need in the condo, including beach towels should you decide to head to the beach. The lighting in this condo is great, no matter your tastes. The building is immaculate throughout. I cannot wait to stay here again!!! Thank you Pedro!!!
