Happy condo was a wonderful place to stay. Great location close to the pool with a nice deck to sit on in the evening or in the morning with coffee. Fairfield Bay is a special place and so is the happy condo.

We own a condo in the same complex but need extra beds for holiday weekends. We only used The Happy Place for sleeping and bathing but were 100% satisfied with the accommodations. The place is clean and accessible. You will climb stairs to get inside and you'll climb stairs to reach the bedrooms since they're both upstairs but that is with all of these units. Glenn and his wife were hospitable and we would definitely stay again.
