We had a wonderful time with our family at Franks home. He was available should we have any questions or needed anything. We were within walking distance to the beach even with a 4 year old a 2 year old twins. Would definitely recommend this home for a vacation rental

Frank's place has the best view of Green Harbor. It was so peaceful to sit out on one of the multiple decks or patio and watch the boats and wildlife. The open concept family/dining/kitchen area was a perfect space for the family to hang out - there was a ton of room, and it was nicely decorated. The master bedroom was AMAZING, and the other bedrooms were ok. The bedrooms aside from the master were a bit cramped, but it worked out fine since we only needed them to sleep. That said, the kids really liked them. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials you could think of. You honestly didn't need to bring anything aside from food, shampoo, and conditioner. There were also some extra special touches that went a long way like the espresso machine, the martini area, the wine fridge, and the Keurig that was fully stocked with k-cups. Stores, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. Aside from the weather not cooperating, our week was perfect. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Everything in the rental felt very clean, new & well taken care of. There are so many thoughtful touches in the house that made us feel comfortable & at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of seating & space for everyone, the gorgeous green harbor views from 2 porches & the main space & frosty AC after a hot day at the beach. The location is also amazing & we could walk to the beach, coffee, dinner & the general store. Frank was also incredibly accommodating, making sure our son had some beach toys & helping/answering questions instantly. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay & can’t wait to return!

The house was awesome with plenty of amenities for the kids and adults in our family. We loved the location, walking distance to the beach and general store. Not to mention the views of the harbor were amazing. Frank was a great host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Frank’s house.

Great week with perfect beach weather, short walk to the beach with a view of Green Harbor that is just as nice as a view of the ocean.
